My husband and I really enjoyed the food and quality of service on our wonderful wedding day. You were patient and gave sufficient amount of your time prior to the wedding to make sure that my day would go smoothly and for that I want to say thank you. The food was excellent! The chicken supreme was a hit! I could not have asked for anything less. You and your staff were very professional and my husband and I truly am grateful! God Bless You!

My wife and I wanted to send a follow-up note your way and express our extreme appreciation for the fine job you and your staff did for our wedding reception at the Packard Museum on October 29th of this year.

We were recently watching a little video taken at the wedding and saw your grand entrance with the flaming plate of food at the onset of our reception. We and the audience were quite impressed. J

As you can imagine we were a bit stressed that day from all the coordination involved that day. Then having the children as tired as they were in a public forum like that created some initial challenges as the reception began. You and your staff acted quickly to make sure the kids were fed early (an immense improvement in their outlook on the evening afterward J ) and this certainly made things much easier on Mary and myself.

Many of our attendees complemented the quality of the food, how well managed the bar was, and the swift way in which all attendees were served.

A fine fine job and we are ever so grateful to everyone at Ambrosia for making it a wonderful day for us.

Thank you for Catering my wedding. Everybody was helpful and Lee came to
the site 3 nights before the reception to meet the new venue and make sure everything would go just fine. Thumbs up! As the bride, I had nothing to worry about when it came to the food, and he worked with my budget and made it higher than my expectations.

Most of us write only when we want to complain, but I just had to write to let you know how delicious your pot roast meal was at our Board of Director's meeting. From the ordering process, to delivery, to the meal, you and your employees made it a very pleasant experience. We'll be contacting you again very soon.

Derek and I would like to thank you for all the hard work you did to make our reception so wonderful. The staff did a fabulous job and were so accommodating to make our day perfect.
