Company Policies

Sample menus are just suggestions. Changes can be made but may influence the price.
A nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.
A guarantee of guest attendance is required nine (9) days prior to your event. You will be billed for the guaranteed number.
Payment is required the day before the event. Any number of guests above the guarantee will be billed to you.
Due to fluctuations in market prices, firm prices cannot be guaranteed until six months prior to the event.
Wedding receptions are scheduled for up to four hours. Any overtime will be billed an additional charge per staff person and bartenders.
Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
